I stand behind the quality of my courses. However, if you encounter a genuine technical issue that prevents you from accessing or viewing the content—and you are still within that first 30%—I’m here to help.

Simply email me at [Your Email Address] within 7 days of purchase, and I will personally assist you in resolving the issue. If we cannot get things working properly, I will issue a full refund. No hoops, no hassle.


When the Sale Is Final

Once you have viewed more than 30% of a course, the system recognizes that you have engaged meaningfully with the material. At this stage, the course is considered fully delivered, and the purchase is final.
